Reserve a dolly

TRU DOLLIES RENTAL AGREEMENT By signing below, I ("Renter") agree to rent one heavy-duty utility dolly from Tru Dollies ("Company") subject to the following terms: 1. RATE. Rental is billed at $10.00 per hour, prorated to the nearest hour, from the checkout time until the dolly is physically returned to Tru Dollies. 2. RETURN. Renter must return the dolly directly to Tru Dollies. The dolly may not be left with a third party, dropped at another location, or transferred to another person. 3. LATE RETURN. If the dolly is not returned by the expected return time, Renter will continue to be billed at the hourly rate. Renter authorizes Company to charge the payment method on file for all accrued rental charges. 4. LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE. While in Renter's custody the Renter is fully responsible for the dolly. If the dolly is lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond normal wear, Renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost. 5. IDENTIFICATION. Renter has provided a valid government-issued photo ID, which Tru Dollies retains on file for the duration of the rental for verification. 6. USE. The dolly is intended for typical hand-truck use. Renter agrees not to overload, modify, or use the dolly in any unsafe manner. Company is not liable for injury or property damage arising from Renter's use of the equipment. 7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — MEDIATION FIRST. Before either party may file a lawsuit arising out of or relating to this rental, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through confidential mediation with a mutually agreed neutral mediator. The parties will share the mediator's fees equally. Only if the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after written notice of a request to mediate may either party pursue litigation. This mediation requirement does not prevent Tru Dollies from recovering the dolly or seeking emergency injunctive relief. 8. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. Renter agrees that the typed name and drawn signature submitted below constitute a legally binding electronic signature.
